Order Policy
Most orders will ship the same or next business day, unless the item is temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given an approximate ship date.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa on our secure site or over the phone. We also accept money orders and checks; however, checks take 7-10 days to clear, and we must receive your payment before the order will ship.
International Orders
International orders are welcome; however, shipping charges are more. Please place your order as usual and shipping charges will be based on what you order.
Shipping
All domestic orders placed before 4:00 PM Arizona time will usually ship the same day. An order that is placed after 4:00 PM Arizona time on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. All orders will be shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service at normal Postal rates; a $.75 handling fee is added to the shipping cost. You may go to www.usps.com to calculate your postage cost based on the weights listed on our website. US Priority Mail takes about 2-3 business days for delivery. We also send orders Express Mail which will usually arrive at your front door the very next day! Express Orders must be received no later than 1:00 PM Arizona time. But, please be aware that Express Mail usually runs $20.00; go to www.usps.com to determine costs based on item weight. NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a valid email address. Not only do we communicate through email, but USPS will also notify you of your shipment via email too.
Return Policy
Please make sure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on the “Sales Receipt”. Items received after 30 days will be returned to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that are not returned as stated above will be charged a 15% restock fee, or possibly returned to you at your expense. This is necessary for us to maintain quality.
